If you’re visiting Kobe, one thing you absolutely have to try is Kobe beef, Japan’s world-famous wagyu. Beautiful pink, finely marbled beef is grilled right in front of you, and the moment you take a bite, rich, savory flavor spreads across your palate. Founded in 1885, this long-established restaurant has nearly 140 years of experience handling Kobe beef. In addition to indulging in luxurious Kobe beef, you can also enjoy carefully selected beef raised under the same conditions and descended from Tajima cattle at a more affordable price.
