Esashi Fujiwara no Sato ( Fujiwara Heritage Park )

歴史公園 えさし藤原の郷

 

 

Get a feel of history and culture spanning from ancient times to the middle ages.

Approximately 120 historical buildings have been reconstructed here, including the residence that housed the Fujiwara clan who ruled over the area from the 11th century to the 12th century. Visitors can also try on clothing or taste dishes from that period of time.
