- Kyushu Jangara Akihabara (Main Location)
Savor the taste of Kyushu in Tokyo!
It is said that this store was responsible for the spike in popularity of Kyushu-style Hakata ramen. Pictured here is the store's namesake ramen, the Kyushu Jangara. Toppings such as braised pork, marinated boiled egg, mentaiko (pollack roe), Jew's ear mushrooms, char sui, and menma (fermented bamboo shoots) are served with thin noodles in a broth made of vegetables, chicken, and pork bone.
