Shiman-rokusennichi / Hozuki-Ichi Fair

四万六千日・ほおずき市

Senso-ji is filled with colorful Chinese lantern plants during this fair.

Large crowds visit the 120 Chinese lantern plant shops and other booths here during this fair. It's said that if you pray at this temple on this day, it is as effective as praying for 46,000 days.
