- Nanzen-ji Temple
Enjoy the famous gardens and the view from Sanmon at this temple.
The view from the 22 meter tall Sanmon Gate is extraordinary. It is famous due to the kabuki play in which the master thief climbs the gate and says, "What a view!" The gardens and decorations inside of the buildings are also worth seeing.
