ACCESS	20 min. ride on Kobe City Bus #16 bound for Rokko Cable-shita from Rokkomichi Station on JR Kobe Line. At the last stop, transfer to Rokko Cable Car and ride 10 min. to Sanjo Station. Then 15 min. ride on Sky Shuttle Bus.
