Get from Shinjuku to Hakone with ease!

Getting from Shinjuku to Hakone couldn't be easier when you take the Odakyu "Romancecar." It will get you from Shinjuku Station to Hakone-Yumoto Station in only 85 minutes, no transfers necessary. Just sit back and enjoy the ride.

One of Hakone's must-visit spots is waiting for you as soon as you arrive! Right outside of Hakone-Yumoto Station is a shopping arcade filled with shops selling local specialties. One example is the Castella Yaki Hakone Manju-- a steal at only 70 yen a piece. You can even watch how they're made in the front of the shop!
 

Relax in Japanese style at Hotel Okada

It's a five minute ride on the Yumoto Onsenkyo Kyodo Bus from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Hotel Okada. Once you finish your check-in procedures, you're almost ready to start soaking!

Depending on your stay plan, you may get a yukata to wear to the onsen. There are ten colors and patterns to choose from at the yukata corner located in the reception area. The hotel staff will explain how to wear it. Don't worry, it's not hard! Once you choose your favorite, it's time to get changed and head to the onsen!

The SUISAI room pictured here has a private rotenburo or open-air bath. You can soak in the hot water while enjoying the refreshing breeze that flows in from the open windows.

Special services for you to enjoy
