There's Still Time! Plan Your Visit to Disney Christmas 2016
Disney Christmas is in full swing at Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea! If you haven't yet made it to Disney just yet, here's a look at the special Christmas spirit waiting for you there to enjoy this year!
At the American Waterfront, you can see a 15 meter tall Christmas tree on display in front of the gorgeous S.S. Columbia.
Out of all the fun things there are to enjoy at Tokyo DisneySea this Christmas, there's one in particular that you just can't miss. It's the nighttime main event, “Colors of Christmas: Nighttime Wishes!” Mickey Mouse and many of his other Disney friends enter the scene on a giant boat as light and music performances unfold. With so many brilliant colors, it's easy to get wrapped up in the feeling of magic. There are fountains of water, fireworks, and so much more to see! There's one fifteen minute show per day.
In addition to the evening show, the afternoon performance, "Perfect Christmas," is another must-see. There are two performances a day at twenty-five minutes each. While shows here normally begin with Mickey and his friends entering by boat, they enter the stage area through the park for the "Perfect Christmas" show.
During the afternoon parade, "Disney Christmas Stories," the Disney characters share seven stories with their friends. There are two shows a day that run forty-five minutes each. The characters stop at three different places on the parade route and, at the sound of bells, a Christmas party begins!
At night, you can take in a special Christmas version of the Electrical Parade! Can you find the difference from the regular version?
There will also be special greetings from Disney characters wearing something to go along with the Christmas spirit of Tokyo Disneyland. You can find the characters mainly around the Toontown area of the park. Check out the details here: http://www.tokyodisneyresort.jp/en/greeting/lists/park:tdl
