In the middle of the compound, you'll find a store selling freshly-baked breads. The shop, Kayaba Bakery, offers an array of crispy, hard-crusted bread as well as soft, Japanese-style breads like anpan (a fluffy roll filled with sweet red bean paste) and cream-filled sweet breads.

Once you've picked out your bread, you can take it to one of the seats outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings as you munch.

Next to the bakery stands OshiOlive, a shop specializing in gourmet salts and olive oils. Attached to the shop front is a cafe where you can order original drinks such as the Amazake Blossom Sakura or even an olive latte!

Though the shop itself centers around olive oil and specialty salts, they stock a wide variety of items including balsamic and fruit vinegars as well as flavored oils. Make sure to take advantage of their taste-testing service to experience flavors from all over the world.
