The perfect souvenir from your trip to Japan.
Anybody visiting Japan is certainly going to want something Japanese to take home with them, and it just so happens that Ashirila Sheet, mega popular among foreign tourists, just got a cherry-scented version earlier this year.
With its ultra cute packaging and the sweet smell of cherries, these are sure to relax even the tiredest feet after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. We here at DiGJAPAN! went out and picked ourselves up some to give them a shot.
By sticking one to the sole of your foot, the powdered bamboo resin begins to work its magic on your foot, caring for it by absorbing excess moisture and waste due to its highly absorptive properties.
The most popular scent is lavender (pictured on the left). They even have a mint scent version for men (right).
Well, let’s open it up! Inside you’ll find an instruction manual with pictures, 30 pads containing natural resin and 30 adhesive cloth sheets for sticking the resin pads to your feet.
Next, grab two resin pads and two adhesive cloth sheets each!
Peel the paper off of the adhesive cloth sheet and affix it to the side of the resin pad with lettering written on it.
Just like the image of the sheets seen here, make sure to secure the resin pads right in the middle with the adhesive cloths.
Next, affix the pad right to the center of the sole of your foot.
You can even put them on your calves if that’s what’s ailing you!
*Not recommended for those with sensitive skin.
Once you’ve put them on your feet, give them a few minutes to start working.
They typically work for about six hours, so we recommend putting them on before bedtime.
After using the sheets, our feet felt refreshed and rejuvenated!

The version we tried this time was the newest scent released, the cherry-scented Ashirila Scheet. The package features the cutest things Japan has to offer including an apprentice geisha, Mt. Fuji, and cherry blossoms.Well, let’s open it up! Inside you’ll find an instruction manual with pictures, 30 pads containing natural resin and 30 adhesive cloth sheets for sticking the resin pads to your feet.
Let’s Try ‘Em Out! How To Use Ashirila Sheet
Included inside is an instruction manual in both Japanese and English, so make sure to read it over before you get started.Next, grab two resin pads and two adhesive cloth sheets each!
