Glamping with fantastic view! At ETOWA KASAMA
Outdoor activities have gotten really popular in Japan recently. One of the most popular activities among others is "Glamping", which derived from the words 'glamorous' and 'camping' meaning luxury camping. It is said that Glamping has gained its popularity from European countries.
In this article, we will be introducing a tent site which takes only 90 minutes from Tokyo by car, or only 1.5-2 hours by pubic transportation: "ETOWA KASAMA".
There are BBQ Grill, Cooking tools, table in terrace area outside the house, so you can enjoy your meals there.
Besides Dinner course, you can also order other food and drinks such as Wine, Beer, and Soft Drink and enjoy them in the terrace. The menu is inside the room, so you can just call and get it delivered to your room.
For Breakfast, We can try to make French Toast and Pot-Au-Feu (French Stew), which come with other stuffs such as Yogurt and Pickles (Dinner&breakfast Menu is subject to change due to seasonality)

For guests who stay at GRACE TENT, you can use shared bathroom, that is well-cleaned and well-equipped. There are dryers and other amenities inside the shared bathroom as well.
At ETOMA KASAMA, there is a shared space, where you can have a drink at the Outdoor Bar and relax by the fireplace that keeps you warm. You can spend time here drinking and enjoy the view of starry night with your friends or making smores here with your family too!
Apart for the Outdoor Bar, One of the highlights of the stay in ETOWA KASAMA is breathtaking view that can be seen from the camping site. Both sunset and sunlight sceneries are so fantastic that will make you want to take pictures with no hesitation!
If you wake up early, you can take a walk to Atagosan shrine near ETOWA KASAMA, which will take an approximately 20 minutes of walking, perfect for those who love morning hike.

ETOMA KASAMA is recommended for beginners who want to try camping!
ETOWA KASAMA opened in July 2020 and is located in the top of Atagosan mountain, which is 306 meters above sea level. If the weather is nice, we can enjoy the view of Pacific ocean.At ETOWA KASAMA, not only we can have BBQ with empty-handed, but towels and other amenities are also fully equipped, similar to staying in a hotel.

There are both lodges and tents in the total of 16 rooms, where you can choose according to your preferences. Since ETOWA KASAMA is located in the middle of forest and there are not many rooms here, you can enjoy the peacefulness and silence of the forest. At night, you can relax while looking at the sky full of stars.

Kasama-yaki is one of the oldest pottery producing regions in Kanto region and is one of the most well-known things in Kasama City. In Kasama-yaki, you can buy porcelain goods as souvenior, or you can try making our own porcelain too. In 2020, Kasama-yaki was chosen as national heritage, together with Mashiko-yaki (one of the most well-known pottery producing regions located in Tohigi Prefecture)

Kasama Inari Shrine is known for being the 3 biggest Inari shrinces in Japan. It is also famous among worshippers for prosperous business across the country.（MAP）
